By accessing and using Unruly Marketplace, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person
• Provide accurate and complete information
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

3. Seller Responsibilities

• List only items you own or have permission to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions and photos
• Honor all sales and ship items promptly
• Respond to buyer inquiries
• Comply with all applicable laws

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Pay for items you purchase
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery

5. Payments and Fees

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. A PayPal processing fee (2.9% + €0.35) and a €1 platform fee apply to each transaction and are paid by the buyer. The full fee breakdown is shown at checkout. Sellers receive their full listed amount.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact the seller first.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed:

• Illegal items or services
• Stolen goods
• Counterfeit products
• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
• Adult content or services
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

7. Dispute Resolution

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. If unsuccessful, you may contact our support team. We reserve the right to mediate or make final decisions on disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Unruly Marketplace acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• Accuracy of listings or user content
• Actions or omissions of buyers or sellers
• Shipping delays or damages

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Unruly Marketplace (design, text, graphics, logos) is our property. User-generated content remains the property of users but grants us a license to display it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
